Established in 2015 in Slinger, WI, and relocated to West Bend in 2020, Skinny Vic’s Diner & Coffee Shop is a modern diner with a 50’s-60’s vibe adorned with Coca-Cola memorabilia. We offer a fresh take on classic diner dishes, specializing in breakfast, lunch, and catering, including box lunches for team meetings. Dedicated to inclusivity, we cater to those with allergies, especially gluten and dairy, and are celiac-friendly. Proudly serving only the freshest ingredients, our goal is to deliver a dining experience like no other. Committed to our community, we actively engage with local schools, churches, and sporting events. Vicki personally invites you to try our benedicts, corned beef, or our fantastic grilled cheese sandwiches!

By far one of the best breakfasts I have had in a long time. The food made a nice presentation on the plate. Prepared by a chef. I told the waitress you can tell when a chef prepares your meal verses a fry cook. Price was decent too!! To sum it up with one word would be "Amazing"

I lived in west bend about two years ago and I still think about this place often when I want a good eggs benedict. The bloodies were amazing, the coffee was always delicious. The gluten free food was incredible, I got to meet Vic herself and she was so sweet. The girls that worked here were angels. In a way, this place felt like home. If you find yourself in West Bend, try it out 10/10 recommend, all the way from Chicago♥️

Came with family on our visit to West Bend. Really good food...the menu states "best Reuben sandwich"...pretty much true. Everyone's food was really good. We will definitely return when in the area We came unannounced with a big group and after a short wait they took good care of all of us
